MMy name is Radosław Biernat, and I oversee the Marketing division at BF Games. BF Games My responsibilities include enhancing the visibility of our brands through effective digital marketing and media outreach, along with managing both live and online events. Additionally, my team ensures that our promotional content for new game launches is effectively distributed to our partners.
Can you summarize the history of BF Games within the gaming industry for our audience?
BF Games is a segment of the highly successful BF Group, which was established in 2013, initially starting with an online casino and sportsbook operation. A significant aspect of our venture involved the creation of slot machines. While we had the necessary hardware, developing the software was crucial, and that's where BF Games came into play. We set out from the start to create games compatible with both our machine systems and online platforms.
In 2018, after our teams refined their offerings, we were ready to launch our games into the open market. During this time, BF Group expanded significantly, evolving beyond just a game development studio to encompass roles such as payment system providers, legal advisors, and technical support experts.
How has the year 2022 been progressing for BF Games? Have there been noteworthy shifts in the company’s developmental vision?
For us, 2022 marks a pivotal year due to our significant growth and improved financial outcomes. Our platform has enabled us to operate more efficiently and rapidly, resulting in over double the game releases compared to the previous year, equating to more than one new game each month.
Concerning our vision, there haven’t necessarily been changes, but rather enhancements in our processes, particularly in planning. Our strategic roadmaps are now more forward-looking than they have been in the past.
What emerging trends in the market have caught your attention? How do you foresee the evolution of our industry?
A notable shift in the iGaming landscape is the rise of social casinos, where players enjoy the thrill of winning without the traditional payout structures. Will this trend eventually overtake classic casinos? It’s uncertain. Land-based casinos still thrive despite the growth of iGaming, representing a different form of entertainment. It will be intriguing to see how regulations surrounding social casinos develop. For instance, will the advertising landscape be entirely unrestricted, or will it require oversight? If regulation occurs, what implications would that have for loot boxes, cards, and chance-based systems in popular online games like Counter-Strike or FIFA? Could it be that iGaming will align more closely with traditional gaming regulations?
How have your game offerings transformed over the past years?
We began our journey by establishing a strong collection of game titles. To attract operators, having essential favorites, like classic fruit slots and themes inspired by Egypt, was key. With more than 70 games in our arsenal, we're past that phase—now we are ready to innovate and develop compelling game brands, such as our Cave of Goblins series. While we keep an eye on prevalent trends and continue to create games with themes that resonate today (like Buffalo Trail), we also have the freedom to explore fresh concepts.
Furthermore, we haven’t neglected our classic hits. Some older games known for their excellent math have been revitalized in our remaster series—keeping the original charm while enhancing the visuals with higher quality artwork suitable for modern standards.
Can you tell us about some of your most recent game releases? What makes them stand out?
As previously mentioned, our current approach is twofold. We aim to broaden our collection of player-favorite themes, such as Burning Slots or Buffalo Trail, while also pursuing innovative designs, themes, and mechanics exemplified by titles like Chicken Madness or Cave of Gold.
Additionally, we are working on various iterations of our popular titles. For instance, Burning Slots has multiple versions—Burning Slots, Burning Slots 20, and Burning Slots 40—all featuring different paylines and reel configurations. We're also set to unveil Buffalo Trail Lite, which offers a lower RTP for players seeking a more leisurely gaming experience. There truly is something captivating for everyone in our portfolio.

In your opinion, which release has been the most successful to date, and what factors contribute to its success?
Choosing just one title isn't straightforward, but we’re certainly on an upswing. Each new release this year has exceeded our expectations, and currently, Chicken Madness boasts the strongest start, so we’re observing how it performs over time. Our most recent release, Cave of Gold, is also under evaluation, as its performance may surpass that of Chicken Madness.
Which game do you personally favor and why?
Cave of Fortune and Cave of Gold stand out to me. These titles not only feature impressive mechanics, such as the Nitro feature that incentivizes additional spins, but they also boast stunning visuals and an incredible soundtrack. You can even enjoy the music from the game on our YouTube channel, and the compelling Goblin character presents excellent marketing potential.
I'm mentioning these two titles because they are part of a larger series. Following the success of these two, we aim to launch another installment this year titled Cave of Christmas.
What key strategies do you apply to promote your games? Which areas do you concentrate on?
We prioritize how we connect with players, but maintaining strong communication with operators remains fundamental. Clear communication, along with a well-defined release roadmap, is essential. The information shared with casinos should extend beyond just release dates; it must encompass comprehensive support for creative teams within casinos, which we aim to provide with high-quality materials. Simple yet effective changes can yield remarkable results swiftly.
Today’s players and operators have their preferences not only for specific games but also for favored providers. Hence, it’s crucial to market not just the games but the BF Games brand as a whole.
Looking ahead, what ambitions does the company have for the future, and where do you envision BF Games in the upcoming years?
We aspire to continue evolving, keeping pace with industry developments while introducing new solutions that set precedents for others. In the years to come, I hope BF Games will be among the first names that come to mind when discussing the industry's leading creators.
